Entre Cielos Wine & Wellness Hotel

Perfect. This was the best vacation we’ve ever had together. Attention to detail by staff was astounding. Every need was cared for and food and stay was incredible. From the security at the front of the resort to the staff at the pool, I can’t emphasize enough how attentive the staff was. Anything we could have needed or wanted they had already predicted. There were several times we thought we might want to leave the premises for food elsewhere but ended up staying at Entre Cielos because the food and wine was THAT good. Augustos is amazing with daily wine tastings on the lobby. We went to the spa several times and had a divine experience. Everything is first class. We never want to leave.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this beautiful hotel. The location was great, we met some lovely people and on the morning that we had no cloud we had the most stunning view of the Andes. We did not eat in the restaurant so we can’t comment on the food and we didn’t use the Spa. We did do e-biking and horseback riding which was organised for us, not through the hotel but I believe they can organise this. The only reason I have knocked this down a grade is because we just felt that it was lacking in a bit of soul and that they staff were not so relaxed and we did not get to see their personalities or have a chat with them which we always love to do when we are travelling. This must be management led. It would be lovely to see them engaging a bit more with the guests. A few more trips around the pool offering food and drinks would have been welcomed and quicker service from the bar. Drinks took forever. This is however us being picky and we had a lovely stay but we just left feeling that it was great but just needed a bit more personality to the atmosphere.

I had really high hopes for this place especially with the price point. We paid for the vineyard loft room which was disappointing- tiny bathroom, people can see inside your entire room, and dogs barking woke us up at 6am every day. The spa was bizarre, major language barriers so we had no idea what was going on and why, and the hammam circuit was lukewarm baths that made no sense. The hot stone was so hot I had marks on my legs and back for days. Food at the restaurant was decent. The wine tasting at the hotel was a joke, they give you the cheapest possible wines to taste and there were flies everywhere. I tried to get the concierge to help me book wineries and they were no help. Staff wasn’t friendly and didn’t seem happy to be there. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

This place was pretty impressive! Our favorite hotel of our Argentina trip! First off splurge on the loft room. When else do you get to spend the night among the vines? Wake up to this fantastic view in the middle of the vineyard, it's so simple yet breathtaking. The loft rooms were really nicely done. No TV, be warned but honestly you shouldn't need one while you are there. Very modern room, nice touches like the bed having an American outlet on one side. The staff is excellent, always had smiles on their faces. I wish they were a little easier on late check out. Initially they only offered an hour when we are paying quite a bit. I had to get to a manager to get a 2pm checkout (they were not even close to fully booked) but they did end up giving us that which was nice especially as we had check in quite late after a day of wine tasting. The property is very close to wineries, there is one right next door but unfortunately we didn't have the time to visit it. Before I go into the best part, there is one concern. The restaurant was supposed to be very good but unfortunately we found it just ok. The prefix 5 course meal left soemthing lacking. First off as far as your beef goes, being in argentina, serve something spectacular. Instead we got a sirloin cut that wasn't good. The rest of the meal was ok, so I would suggest going to a restaurant close by. Now to the best part, the spa. The Entre Cielo Hamam spa is probably the best spa I've ever been to worldwide. Excellent facility, definitely do the circuit but throw in a massage as well. Great packages, good pricing and such a relaxing experience. Multiple steam rooms, foam massage (before your oil massage) which was new to us and very fun, warm pools, all they needed was a cold plunge. If you stay here or anywhere close, please take half a day at least to indulge yourself in this spa, you will not regret it and you will always remember it!

My wife and I spent four nights here while visiting g wineries in Mendoza. The stay could not have been better. Every part of our time at the hotel was exceptional. Our room was two levels, with the livings space downstairs and the sleeping and bathroom upstairs. The room was spacious, spotless and outfitted with premium bedding and products. We ate in their restaurant for breakfast each morning and used their room service three nights. The food was exactly what you would expect from a hotel if this caliber. Room service was prompt and friendly. Their staff could not have been nicer or more professional. They are clearly well-trained, and said “yes” to every request. I cannot speak highly enough about the service. Let me give you one example. I love a good hot run, and they had a large one out by the pool. The water level was a bit low when I used it the first night. I mentioned it to the front desk, and the maintenance personnel were adding water to it within minutes. We did not use their spa services, but did go to their complimentary wine tasting one night. It was very enjoyable, and their selected wines were quite good. We even had one of their recommendations delivered to our room one night. If you are ever in Mendoza and need of an elevated hotel experience, you could do no better than Entre Cielos. Highly recommend.

Has all that one would expect of a 5-star hotel: excellent food, service and amenities. The hammam spa is a delight! Staff couldn't do enough for us: keeping the kitchen open when we arrived late, preparing a to-go breakfast when we left early. Of note were the extra security measures at the hotel's entrance and the discretion of all staff.

The hotel was beautiful and relaxing and the service excellent. Don’t miss the wine class they offer every afternoon, where you can learn about and taste several different types of wines. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa, relaxed by the pool, and took a walk around the lovely vineyard on the property. The included breakfast was also excellent. A great base for exploring nearby vineyards or hiking in the nearby mountains.

This place is fantastic! The staff are incredible. The location, in the middle of a vineyard, is beautiful, and peaceful. If you are seeking a tranquil stay with 5 star staff, Entre Celios is for you. We stayed in April 2024. Weather - 60s and 70s. Snow capped peaks of the Andes visible from the resort. I'd go back in a minute!

Entre Cielos is a special place in Mendoza. Beautiful property, great food, service and the spa is amazing. Highly recommended as it is in a lovely part of town very close to all the wineries and olive factories. Excellent restaurants nearby by as well as shopping.
